Helen in her former life was a Chief Financial Officer at a leading recruitment company. She comes from a finance background and has held numerous high profile finance roles within Australian organisations.

While working in recruitment, Helen became involved in assisting overseas recruitment candidates negotiate the complex Australian migration pathways. This naturally lead to Helen completing her Graduate Certificate in Migration law and Practice in 2009 and registering with the Migration Agents Registration Authority.

Helen combines her expert knowledge of Australian Immigration law with her analytical ability and attention to detail to achieve remarkable results for her clients.

At her core, Helen believes in helping people and animals. This has lead her to be part of Sydney Wildlife Rescue and regularly shares her home with possums, bats and other creatures, whilst also keeping her two cats entertained.

Sophie came to Australia in 2008 as an international student initially.  Upon her arrival, she fell in love with the country which soon she would call home. Sophie started in the migration industry in 2010 after she completed her Master of Law with the University of Sydney. She enjoys Migration Law and became a Registered Migration Agent in 2017 after completing her Graduate Certificate of Migration Law. Sophie also holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of E-business. Sophie loves travelling, delicious food and reading books.

Sophie has a wide range of experience in corporate migration, including employer-sponsored visas and immigration compliance, and has managed small to large multinational corporate clients. Sophie also has specific experience with IT, Engineering and medical professionals, skills assessments, state sponsorships as well as partner visas.

Amanda came to Australia in 2011 on a working holiday visa and fell in love with the country! With a passion for travel, she left to see the world always knowing she would someday be back. In 2016 she was granted PR in Australia and finally made the journey back to Australia to call it home.

Amanda has over 4 years of experience working within the Immigration Industry.  Amanda assists all our clients with bookings and guides you through the entire process.  She is more than happy doing that so she can help others to achieve their dream of coming to Australia as she did!

Vlada Stojanov has been practicing immigration law for over 11 years. She has been with Total Visa for the past nine years, assisting our corporate clients and those requiring assistance with family migration. Known for a professional yet compassionate approach, Vlada ensures every application is handled with care, accuracy, and integrity—making the migration process as smooth and transparent as possible.

When not working, Vlada loves going to the beach and travelling around the world with her family.

With over 13 years of experience in community and settlement services before transitioning into migration practice, Christine brings a well-rounded perspective to Australia’s migration system. Since 2016, she has worked as a Registered Migration Agent, specialising in employer-sponsored, and family visas.

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from the Australian National University. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and client-centred approach, she is dedicated to delivering clear, practical advice and achieving successful outcomes for both individual and corporate clients.

Polina Lecheva began her career in international taxation and client services at a leading Irish company, assisting clients with tax application forms and tax refunds from the UK, USA, and Australia. Through her work with people from around the world, she developed strong communication skills and valuable experience working across diverse cultural backgrounds.

Originally from Bulgaria, she first came to Australia in 2012 on a student visa and became an Australian citizen in 2016. Having experienced the migration process herself, she understands how emotional and challenging it can be. This personal experience inspired her to help others achieve their Australian dreams.

Polina has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and has recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice.

Today, as a Graduate Migration Agent at Total Visa, she applies her legal knowledge, precision, and interpersonal skills to deliver clear and supportive service, making the migration process smooth and positive for every client.

Pichaya arrived in Australia in 2008 and has since built a fulfilling career helping others do the same. As a registered Migration Agent, she is dedicated to supporting clients with empathy, professionalism, and first-hand understanding of the migration journey.

Outside of work, Pichaya enjoys travelling and exploring new cuisines and restaurants with her husband. A proud dog mum to a standard poodle named Truffle, she’s happiest with good company, a pistachio croissant, and a cup of flat white in hand.

With a proven track record in contract administration and business operations, Phiangthan brings over four years of experience supporting organizational efficiency and compliance.

Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Total Visa. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Tourism Management and a Diploma in Business, combining analytical insight with strong administrative expertise to drive operational success.

Katherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel and Resort Management and a Diploma of Applied Social Science, with over ten years’ experience in client service within luxury hospitality and retail industries.

Having worked with clients from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, she brings empathy, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence to her role.

Currently completing a Master of Social Work, Katherine is dedicated to supporting individuals and communities in need, striving to make a positive and lasting difference in people’s lives.

Heshna holds a Bachelor of Business from Cambridge International College and is currently studying for her Juris Doctor at the University of Technology Sydney. Born and raised in India, she is fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati, enabling her to connect easily with clients from diverse backgrounds.

With strong experience in team management and client-focused roles, Heshna excels at quickly understanding complex situations and offering practical, effective solutions.

Her passion for migration law began with her own experience. After moving from Gujarat to Australia at 18, she later faced a student visa issue and received poor immigration advice. This challenge motivated her to learn about Australian migration law and inspired her commitment to helping others navigate the system with clarity and confidence.

Today, she is driven by a genuine desire to provide accurate, supportive and empathetic guidance to every client she assists.
